There are many factors that go into the final cost of rental so you would need to speak to one of our agents for specific information for your particular rental. Yes, you can have alcoholic drinks on the bus as long as everyone is of 21 years of age. If there is anyone in your group under 21, then no alcohol is allowed. This is strongly enforced.
Yes, it's BYOB. No drinks will be supplied by Party Bus Oklahoma. It is illegal for us to do so. You can bring as much alcohol as you want to consume.
No. Please do not smoke on the bus or be subject to an additional detailing fee. You have unlimited stops, so you can take a smoke break when needed. Just tell your driver and they will pull over as soon as they can.
You would need to have a valid credit card on file with us at the time of the booking. It will be charged within 24-72 hours. Then you will be guaranteed a vehicle on the date of your reservation, unlike other companies who take the highest paying costumer.
If you want to tip the driver, either tip them in cash at the beginning or end of the night, or let us know at the time of the booking and we can include it in your initial quote. A tip of 10% to 20% is ideal.
Once you have either paid the deposit or the full amount, you cannot cancel. We tell you this before you book to make sure that you understand what you are committing to. You will have to pay the full amount whether you use the service or not. You cannot change the date of your reservation but you might be able to move the time earlier/later or upgrade/downgrade your vehicle.
Of course they can! Many families use us for birthday parties, reunions, and other life events. If there are going to be children and those under 21 years of age, there cannot be any alcohol on the buses.
We don't hide anything from you. We won't add on additional charges and fees that we demand to be paid before we start your run. You will know up front of all potential charges you may come across. Mostly those charges are damage fees from someone damaging something in the bus or a cleaning fee from leaving an extremely dirty bus.
